New, unused items may be returned for a store credit or cash/credit refund within 30 days of purchase. Tags & receipt must accompany return, or item will not be returnable. Items that are defective may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Return or exchange must be accompanied by a receipt. Used items that appear to be mistreated or physically abused will not be eligible for a return. We are available to do individual pointe shoe fittings by appointment. |
